Excellent grades are must if you want to get into a good university. So, focus on your 12th. You must take SAT, TOEFL or IELTS to be considered for admissions. Though SAT is not required by Canadian universities, you may choose to take the test. Your SOP and LORs will also be evaluated for admissions. Ideally the SAT must be taken during 11th or 12th, so that you can submit your applications on time. Remember, you must start the application process a year ahead of the intakes. You should visit university websites for the average admission requirements and prepare accordingly.

This decision will depend on your career goals and what you want. If you are look for a professional course PG Diploma will be ideal, these are vocational programs and fast track.MS programs are highly competitive and research oriented. If research is your area of interest an MS course will be ideal.
