Some of them are SRM Amravati, SRM Chennai, BITS, Manipal University and many more. You can check other colleges and compare them on official website of shiksha.com through google.

I won't suggest specific country, but Germany and France are good for it. Germany also offers scholarship programs if you need.

That is not possible as Germany doesn't recognise our Diplomas. However, you can still apply using your +2 credentials. If you didn't do it, you can't apply. With your Indian Diploma, you can still do some technicians course.

Nowadays, choosing a correct profession is really tough work. But still, there are many good choices
Since last few year, engineering has lost its fame because of fewer jobs and more colleges. So, students are thinking twice before choosing B.Tech which is why B.Tech has become a less sought course from some years.
