Hi Sushant,
Diplomas are not accepted by German universities. You can pursue your degree but after satisfying the admission requirements. Please enroll into a Bachelor degree program in a recognized institute and complete the first year with very good grades. Check the ANABIN website for your degree equivalency. Since most UG programmes are taught in German, knowing German language is mandatory for many universities. Take your IELTS too. Also check the DAAD website:

Hello,
Robotics Engineering deals with design and application of robots, and the use of computer for their manipulation and processing.
Robotics is not all about designing robots, it's maintained, developing new application and conducted research is important. The students of this field of artificial intelligence computer -aided, manufacturing, robot motion planning.
Developing a robot comes with goal of finding a solution to the problem.
Along with the technical, know-how interest in research is essential. This field has no boundaries and continue to grow until the machine take over.

First improve your English, as whether India or abroad a good engineering college needs good communication skills. India and abroad both have plenty of good colleges and opportunities it depends what branch of engineering you want to opt and what is your aim. And yes, engineering does not accept short cut like 'engg' instead of engineering. For a casual talk, you may use such language but in a professional term, strictly not.
