It varies with the college and depends in which college you are getting admission. In India, if you are getting IITs or NITs or any other reputed college, then India is good otherwise go for Canada.

Yes, salary differences are seen and if you clear from a top ranked university abroad salary prospects are better. Also, your academics, qualification, work experience and where you want to work will also count.

It is recommended that you do B.Tech in India but MS abroad. IIT Powai is the option for doing B.Tech Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering. You can also evaluate PEC University Chandigarh and IIST. Salaries/packages during placements depend almost exclusively on market conditions at that point of time. Please remember the situation that exists today could change drastically after four years when you pass out. Average package is about 3-4 LPA.
