In education sector Ukraine is not so good as other European countries , Ukraine always suffer from some issues with Russia and their institutes are not so good as well . In india you can pursue your aeronautical engineering in reputed universities like IIT, PEC etc.
If somehow you want to pursue your graduation abroad then choose Australia, Canada, Germany , USA. These countries consists of some pioneer institutes like University of California, University of Toronto, etc.

There is not much scope of geoscience in india but if u go abroad theres a lot of research work going on there.
