After pursuing engineering you either get a good placement or not , in both the cases there is a situation where you get stagnated at a certain pay grade and position. To go to the management levels, we need to understand management, for that definitely we need an MBA. AME is basically aircraft technician course and is a first step toward an aircraft technician. second step is to get specific aircraft Type-certification. Demand varies trade wise, for example electrical trade is more in demand compared to air-frame technician. Demand also varies based on type of aircraft, for example, Boing-777 will vae more demand compared to Dornier or Airbus. Gulf countries operate large airlines, therefore there demand is more compared to say Australia or Singapore.
