It really depends on Individual experience but in my opinion both are great private University to get a Diploma in Engineering and Management stream. I believe the previous examination aggregate requirements for ICFAI Jaipur (50%) is slightly lower than UEM Jaipur (60%) but the cost is slightly Higher (~10%) in ICFAI Jaipur.
