Hello Akshay,
Admissions in Maharashtra are based on marks obtained in MHT CET. Of course some seats are reserved for all India quota and are filled through JEE Mains. If you have done any of the above, you have chance.

As far as I know, you will at least need a minimum of 70% marks or more to pursue engineering. You may apply for class improvement and increase your percentage. Wish you best of luck.

Hello Ashish,
Your score of 36 in JEE Mains is quite low and hence getting admission in a normal manner in an engineering college appears to be tough. However, you can seek admission through management quota.

I don't know about this year's results. But I think it would be very difficult to find a college in Mumbai, if you do not belong to a reserved category.
Furthermore, going through the DTE processes, rankings and seat availability, you can find out.
