You can get admission only if you have done your Diploma. Else, you have to start from first year you can't get admission in direct second year.
Good luck.

Your marks in JEE will not earn you any decent college, I would suggest to look for colleges who take admission through boards marks. If you scored decent marks there, you can take management seat in a good private college, but that will cost you heavy amount. You can also take a drop, if you want to boost your rank.

College of engineering Pune ( COEP) is the best college in pune. It is a govenment college and the fee is similar to other government colleges.
MIT is also a good college in pune, but it is less affordable, and according to me, it is not much better than COEP.
You can even try Vishwakarma Institute of technology.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. If you want to get a college in Pune then apply for MHCET and give the examination based on this marks you will have a chance to get colleges in your selected branch. Else you can go for state level councelling which will be happen in Maharashtra. Try to get admission through this.

VIT is a much bigger brand than MIT. In terms of curriculum, both are similar. Placement opportunities are similar. The final choice is yours.
