B.Sc is 3-year course while B.Tech is a 4-year course. The main focus given to theoretical portion in B.Sc while B.Tech will cover theoretical as well as practical portion. Technically, B.Tech is better as compared to B.Sc.

Yes, definitely. Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering accepts MHT-CET and JEE Scores. But have to fill CAP admissions form first. Then you have to give preference to Bharti Vidyapeeth or other colleges as per your choice. As per cut-off, you can get or not get Bharti Vidyapeeth. Good luck!
