Hello Hrishikesh,
There seem to be confusions in your mind. College of Military Engineering or CME is a military establishment and only army officers can go there. So as a student, you can not go. You have to first take the commission in Army and then only you can go there.

COEP and MIT are both good colleges and among the top most in Maharashtra. But among the two COEP is the winner. COEP has been ranked one in Maharashtra after the IITs and NITs. According to MHRD rankings COEP is ranked 24th while MIT is on the 94th rank.
Generally speaking COEP blows MIT out of the water. COEP is much well-known and trusted among recruiters as compared to MIT. Last time COEP had around 85% placements for CSE (this number seems less as the students who didn't accept the offers are also included) and the average salary was around 7-8 LPA for CSE department which is more compared to MIT.
COEP in also better in academics an

Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) was specially founded for imparting education in computer science and IT. It provides only three courses in B.Tech which are computer engineering, electronics and telecommunication and information technology while MIT provides degrees in almost all conventional branches. Talking about academics, PICT has an edge when it comes to CSE and IT. I have some friends pursuing IT there who confirmed upon this. The quality of education is pretty good. MIT also is a well-reputed college and has a high deman

First of all, let me make it clear to my fellow students that VIT, Pune is indeed Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and not Vellore Institute of Technology. Now coming to the question, both of these colleges are pretty good in terms of the quality of education they provide. Hey Alok,
So, both Symbiosis and MIT are both affiliated to Savitri Bai Phule, Pune University, one of the renowned university in India.
I would say MIT has an upper hand, quality in education and other services are better in it comparatively.
So, better for engineering is MIT.
But, for management is Symbiosis.
