The best aerospace engineering programs are usually MIT, California Institute of Technology, Stanford University , Georgia Institute of Technology ,Queen Mary- University of London,Bremen University of Applied Sciences,RWTH Aachen University, TU Berlin to name a few.

Yes, IELTS is compulsory to pursue Masters in engineering from USA or Canada.

You must take GRE and TOEFL. Taking the entrance will not guarantee admission to get into MIT, you must be very strong in your academics and also extra-curricular. You must be one of the top ranked students in your UG degree with exception innovative and research skills.

If you can afford, you can go for Harvard University.

You must take SAT or ACT and TOEFL to pursue Bachelors degree in USA. If you are interested in engineering you must be very strong in mathematics and must have a good SAT score. In addition, you must have good extracurricular background and a strong profile.
