First batch of students are passing out during this June. At present, around 65% of students are placed. The recruitment process will continue till they pass out. PSG iTech students sit along with PSG Tech students for campus placements.

Only by scoring good marks in the academic sessions and scoring well in JEE examination. You must score at least 75% in your board examinations. You may also go for other private universities such as SRM Chennai, VIT Vellore, Indraprastha University and Uttar Pradesh Technical University.

Presently in India, job prospects in this branch are quite low. Students are getting placed in routine mechanical engineering jobs. However, after four years, when you pass out, situation may have changed.

Anna University has good rank among top private universities in south India. The branch bio medical engineering has wide scope nowadays and will increase in the future. Some of the medical industries are depending on the chemistry graduates, Pharmacist etc. They really need Bio-medical engineers for the betterment of the products and company.
