The Bannari Amman Institute of Technology is an autonomous engineering college located in Sathyamangalam, Erode district, Tamil Nadu, India. It is under the roof of Bannari Amman Group (BAG) which is one of the largest Industrial Conglomerates in South India.
This is an autonomous college so it has quite good placement.

Yes, MCKV provides decent placement for automobile engineering like other typical engineering colleges these days. If you want good placement, then you will have to stand out the crowd and get good grade.

Mechanical engineering has a lot of scope in future as this branch is evergreen branch so it has a good scope and you get a job easily if your semester exams result are good so focus on your study and try to score the average of 7CGPA in the whole exam so that you get a job easily.

Yes, syllabus do change after switching university but not much. 75-80% of the basic syllabus remains the same, there can be a variation of 20-25%.

Both Automobile and Textile Engineering are well developed and matured Industries in India. But Automobile and it's ancillary industries are slowly becoming outsourcing hub for MNCs in India. Therefore, Automobile engineering grads have more opportunities in comparison to Textile Engineering grads.
