Hello Jayesh Badwal,
Almost all colleges in Mumbai give admission based on MHT CET and not on JEE Mains. Hence you must appear for this exam and score good marks. A very miniscule percent seats are reserved for "All India Quota" and these are filled up using JEE Mains. Hence cut off marks for JEE Mains has no relevance.

It is purely a matter of your interest, and choice. Both the subjects are good and have wide scope if your interest is more towards computers, programming then go for computer engineering.

your rank must be minimum below 1500 in KCET to grab a seat in aeronautical engineering for CET fees which is around 50,000/- per year. All the best. Feel free to clarify any query.

If you are good in computer Science and coding, you should opt for B.Sc in IT from a good college. That has somewhat good scope in the near future. Opt for this only if you like coding.
