If you are taking admission in a government college then whatever stream you get is final, otherwise, if you are seeking admission in a private college, girls normally seems to take admission in ECE or CSE branch.

No, with 24000 rank in TS EAMCET, you will not get the top engineering colleges, but you can get best colleges in your city as well as the state.
