In Jamia, 50% seats are reserved for Muslims. Other seats are filled up from general pool. If you want computer science then I feel you should aim for more than 250 marks in JEE Mains.

I feel you need to seek a career counselor. Frankly, you have scored low marks. Why engineering? Try to find something different. You may be very successful.

The first choices of students are IITs and NITS. After that good colleges which have good placement are Delhi College of Engineering, Lovely Professional University, Chandigarh University, PEC Punjab, Galgotia University, VIT Vellore, SRM University, BVP Pune, College of Engineering Pune, Thapar University, IP University, Delhi, College of Technology Pantangar, MMM Gorakhpur, etc.
