Computer science engineering is a great field to study. As per my personal experience, I would suggest you to either opt for B.Tech in CSE with specialization in oil and gas or cloud computing. Both these specializations have a great scope in India and all across the globe.

If you are aiming for the best engineering college then you have to appear for an entrance test as maximum good engineering colleges with low fee structure are government colleges and require entrance exam scores.
