rohit gave you list of best colleges in Pune but you will not get admitted there with those marks. You should check last year cuttoff marks the apply for counseling

both are good. but CSE has better job scope than IT.

Both of these fields are good and it depends on you and your area of interest.If you like machines go for Mechanical engineering or else go for IT.
But I recommend you to take IT, as it is more promising career than mechanical and also it will offer you more package.

ECE is core branch of engineering. This is the age of electronics and telecommunication. ECE engineers can participate in the change the world with changing technology. ECE graduates are employed by Electronics, Telecom and IT companies. Where as CSE graduates are mostly employed in IT companies. Therefor, if given a choice I will prefer ECE over computer.
