Older IITs are the best for IT/ Computer Science Engineering. IIIT are probably the second best institutes for IT/ CSE graduation. IIIT Hyderabad is one of the best Institute for IT/CS graduation.

but studying in germany requires a visa and it can take months to get a visa so in order to save one year i suggest you to go in engineering in india only .there are some colleges in Northern india like chitkara university,Lpu ,amity,thapar etc that provide education with international exposure along with good placements.

I think you should consider SVNIT,Nirma LDCE,DAIICT & BVM as good colleges they really provide a good placement as well they've good faculties

Best one is computer science engineering

IIT BOMBAY is currently best institute in India to pursue computer science engineering. Other than this you can also try for IIT DELHI and IIT KANPUR. IIITs are also good enough to be in the list.
