According to the Joint Seat Allocation Authority Round 5 Cutoff for the IIT, Jammu, the opening and closing ranks for BTech in Materials Engineering is
The opening rank is 4097, and the closing rank is 4097 for the EWS General Category (Gender-female)
Therefore, you may have chances in round 6, but in round 5, you missed the cutoff by a few ranks.

Electrical Engineering and below branches in IIT JAMMU. Chemical Engineering and below branches in ISM DHANBAD. Civil Engineering and below branches in IIT BHU. Mechanical Engineering and below branches in IIT MANDI. Mechanical Engineering and below branches in IIT PATNA. Mechanical Engineering and below branches in IIT GOA. The revised KCET results were made available on October 1, 2022, on the official website of KEA.
