Hello Rafeeq. You can join to any of them as long as you are not worried about admission fees. Government college lecturers are chosen through a series of tests, which are really tough to crack unless they are good at their subjects. After these tests they are given training on how to teach/express the knowledge in best way. The sad thing is, even after these many investments on selecting lecturers to government college/ school, majority of them do not work up to the mark. Nowadays, there is future of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering in Indian market as you can see industries are going for automation. You can choose either one of them. Best of luck.
