Both are similar, but B.Tech=BCA+MCA. B.Tech duration= 4 years and BCA+MCA duration= 5-6 year. So, I suggest you can pursue B.Tech. But Im always suggested to do B.Tech CSE, it has more demand than MCA.

If you are good in computer Science and coding, you should opt for B.Sc in IT from a good college. That has somewhat good scope in the near future. Opt for this only if you like coding.

Total of 285 students seats are allotted for NRI. There is no separate entrance test conducted by TIET for admission to 1st year of any UG programme. Admissions to UG programme is done as per merit prepared by Thapar Institute of Engineering &Technology on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in JEE (Main)-2018.

No, there no such course, but you can go for electronics branch or electrical branch as these branches include all the electronics machines.
Good luck.

During a job, you cannot pursue the regular B.Tech course. AMIE may the good option for you. You can also seek about the colleges (AICTE approved) offering B.Tech part time course, but NOC will be required from Railways for pursuing such B.Tech courses.
