Candidates who completed all these levels are enrolled into the IAF as per vacancies. The qualifications required vary as per the group of trade. Group 'X' Airmen who wish to join the Technical Trades require a 10+2 with PCM or a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute.

The scope of civil engineering is increasing day by day as in the India's economy is growing at a very fast pace of there is need for infra for many needs like the offices, manufacturing plants, godowns and many more so more and more developers are coming to India and in need of civil engineers and hence their demand is increasing day by day. You cannot do an engineering course while working, but you could pursue Executive Diplomas in certain fields and Management courses too. For that, I suggest choosing a field first in which you want to learn then ask about the courses related to that.

No, it is in English as like other Centrally organised exams. Some exams papers are now prepared in major Indian languages. But, Engineering exams are mostly held in English.
