Hello Swapnil,
The scope of aeronautical engineering is fundamentally in the field of aviation research and in any other field associated with flying objects. There is also requirement of these professionals in the field of quality control wherever aero structures or aviation related objects / items are being manufactured. On lighter note, these graduates can appear for civil services exam or join armed forces or go for MBA! Present CEO of Infosys is on fact Aeronautical Engineer!
Best wishes to you.

The scope of Biomechanics is very less in India but it has a very vast scope in the US and Australia. Talking about their salaries, the median annual salary for biomedical engineers in 2017 was $88,040, according to the U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. This was somewhat higher than the $85,880 median mechanical engineering salary. Nationally, there are 20,590 employed bio-mechanical engineers. Choose bio-mechanical engineering wisely and it would be much better if you have the potential to settle abroad.

If you want to continue your study in the same field and want to serve as professor or any reputed job in the industry. M.Tech will be a good choice for you. But if you want to switch your interest to the business world, go for MBA.
