Sure, you can do MBA after doing B.Tech in mechanical engineering. After that you can choose MBA in manufacturing management. It has very good choice for the career points.

Yes, you can apply but there is a total loss of time, energy and money by pursuing MCA after B.Tech. If you like to do master degree, then without looking for anything go for M.Tech.

Akshat don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. Since you are from the commerce field, I would suggest you explore and research on ICWA and CA qualifications. If you are talking about the creative side of courses, then a lot of them in arts and craft, music, new language learning and designing can be done.

Why are you focusing on rank? If you want to study aeronautical, then you should focus on basic i.e physics and Maths, and surely you will be able to score good rank to get into a College, else you can give UPES exam and take University of Petroleum and Engineering-Dehradun, as your College. It is really good college with really good exposure.
