Hi there,
If we talk about future, the best option is in IT, as you can go for government and pvt sector jobs on the basis of the same. IT gives you a wide scope in the industry. Please note that after graduation also there is specific MBA (IT) also. For graduation, you can try for Amity university, Lovely Professional University etc.

Hello Karthik,
I think you will be able to apply for this subject. However to be extra cautious, I would advise you to download brochure of the University and go through it for knowledge as well as to cross check on eligibility.

I will openly say that there are about only 20 out of every 100 Engineers, working in somewhat related fields, rest 80 either change their stream or work in business development region. You will certainly never get a chance to experience your engineering skill. Even with Masters Degree in hand, you will hardly find any job for fresher. Government organisation's like ISRO, NAL, ADA, DRDL will hire only if you clear GATE exam and their vacancies are about only 510 seats/ per year for aero in particular and in some years they don't hire too. People says private companies like Airbus ( manufacturing and R&D), Tata-Pilatus ( manufacturing),

Nowadays, the same problem occurs to many students. The fact is it is not easy to get government jobs nowadays. You can prepare for government job but do not sit ideal just thinking that you will get government job. I would recommend you to go for M.Tech side by side. As your year will not be waste and you will prepare yourself for government job and aloo for M.Tech. While applying for M.Tech make sure you will get admission in IIT or NIT or some top private institute. It will be waste of M.Tech if you go for low level colleges.

Hi, Mechanical Engineering is one of the broadest fields of engineering. What Mechanical Engineers learn can create consumer products, work in manufacturing facilities, or design and install HVAC systems in buildings. As a result, mechanical engineering curricula are broad in scope. Please refer the link below for detailed information:

You might have seen some of its application in your daily life. For example the transmission lines, transformers, fan, air conditioners etc. If you are talking about what is its future, I don't think this should be explained to you. This is a very wide field and it always will be. The future generation will be 100% dependent on electricity and its applications.

The purpose of research is to find the truth. It's nothing more than a journey in which you pick up notions on your way to your destination. The good part is that there isn't any destination at all. As they say "the journey itself is the real pleasure, not the destination". Science is about asking logical questions and trying to figure out the right answers to your questions. Now, what does it take to be a scientist? - Knowledge, the craving for more knowledge, the attitude to love challenges, tenacity (my favourite) and a little bit of arrogance (yes, you need it sometimes to prove your point). Learn as much as you can in your field o

Both fields have their own scope and variety. Nowadays, there are less number of placements in civil branch. But, the thing which matters is your interest. So, google about syllabus and what content they have. And try to analyse your interest.
Best of luck.
