below are the department and their role. Reliability department- its function is doing RCA, FMEA, IRRR, insuring mechanical availability of rotary equipment for trouble free operations of refinery. Do not worry if you were unable to qualify JEE. There is vast scope of every field but it depending upon us how much we are giving our best out of best. Today's the aeronautical engineering is growing very faster and has very vast scope and provides a lots of career opportunities. So it is The best field.

Please do not worry about IIT. There are many better colleges if you really willing to learn. Or willing to do something new. If you want admission only in IIT, then you have to drop a year, or otherwise, you will have to take admission in another college. But think first about which course you want to do or what is your aim.
