In my opinion, hotel management is having lots of scope, nowadays, than mechanical because there are lots of mechanical engineers who are unemployed. And by doing hotel management, you can also go abroad.

It is a core area of IT. You will be doing building, repairing, reverse engineering, coding, and testing. These are the suitable jobs, but you will get sales representative and equivalent jobs.

Core field is always in demand rather than IT field. But IT field has more growth, more opportunities. The answer will depend upon you.
If you want core, then electrical will be the best, followed by civil and mechanical.
If you want IT, then CSE, ECE and then EEE/IT.
