If you have passed Bachelors in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering or its equivalent with first class, then only you can apply for this course.

Don't even think that just after doing B.Tech CSE you can get the job in Apple or Google type companies. Apart from your academics, these companies do consider several other factors to give you the job. India produces lacs of IT engineers annually. You have to proof the best among them. Let me clarify you in detail:
(1) For academics, do B.Tech & M.Tech in CSE from institution like IITs or NITs. Most desirable combination is B.Tech+M.Tech+MBA. It is preferred if you do your Masters from abroad. Stanford or Wharton.
(2) Your extra circular activity; since you are in 11th class, try to participate in your schools club activiti

Yes, you can get a job in automobile field if you study mechanical engineering as it is like a sub-branch of mechanical.
But to get into that field, you may opt for a specialization in your PG such as M.Tech in automobile engineering.

Yes, there is a good scope for automobile engineering in India. In the recent days, there has been a rapid increase in the sales of electric vehicles.
As we only have a lesser amount of fossil fuels, the vehicles that run on petrol, diesel, etc., will slowly decrease and those vehicles with alternative fuel would increase.
But in the curriculum of most of the colleges, they don't include the electric vehicles or vehicles with alternative fuel. So, if you are capable of learning and interpreting them by your own efforts, then surely you can shine.
It is not that, the current syllabi would not be deemed outdated as that forms
