You can also get the average salary package as received by IIT graduate. The only thing you need is more knowledge and application skills.
You also need to possess some additional qualifications so as to stand out from the others.
This would make you eligible to get a good job with a great salary.
Though the reputation of the Institute matters, you can get a good salary with appreciable knowledge.

Candidates who are going to complete the above course are also eligible to apply provided final degree is available. The qualification prescribed and the benchmarks are only the minimum requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.

Biotechnology is a rapidly developing field. Many private businesses are exploring this field and heavily investing in it. It is safe to say that there are ample job opportunities for BE/B.Tech biotechnology graduates in private sector. Government sector too offers job opportunities, but not in the scale in which private sector does. Average starting salary is generally between 2.4 to 5 LPA.
