Hello Dyaneshwar Khandare,
Software engineering is a course in which you can get jobs in almost all companies as they require members in the technical team. Though software engineering is widely preferred for IT sector, you can get jobs easily both in India as well as overseas.
You need to study in the best institute to get high salary jobs.
So, there is really good scope for software engineering in India, but you need to be very skilled and also better than your counterparts.
All the best.

Hi Aman,
MIM is a good option if you don't have work experience and completed your Bachelors. It is a substitute to MBA but for freshers. You can check top ranked universities in Europe for MIM like HEC Paris, University of St. Gallen, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Essec Business School, London Business School, etc. for better prospects. Most of these programmes require GMAT or GRE for admissions. I prefer Europe because of the reputation of MIM programmes there instead of Australia. Also, Australian employers prefer applicants with work experience so lesser chance.

NIOS is a central board under the ministry of HRD government of India. It has the same value as any state board or a central board. Your job depends on your engineering knowledge, college, communication skills, personality and performance during the interview. Doing senior secondary from NIOS does not affect it.
