The cut-off for this particular college was not available but the cut-offs for different colleges under Pune University for lateral entry in the 2nd year of engineering varies from 60% to 86%. But this is dynamic. It depends on the result of the current year and the number of students applied.

Salaries/packages during placements depend almost exclusively on market conditions at that point of time. Please remember the situation that exists today could change drastically after four years when you pass out. Average package is about 3-4 LPA.

Aeronautical or aerospace engineering is that branch of engineering which teaches you about everything that has to do with airborne objects, aircraft, drones, missiles, etc.

All three countries are English speaking so you won't have any problem. I feel Canada should be preferred since this country still seeks immigrants.

It is true that nowadays 60-75 percent out of total jobs available in the computer Science and technology field are software oriented, but this is not an uneven thing due to the variety and ease of task available in computer Science. In contrast to the above fact there are a lot of field where hardware knowledge is essential and these field are providing jobs to the talented persons who have hardware level knowledge.
Some of these fields are under:-
1.Embedded System Programming
2.Machine Level Programming
3.Working With RADAR or Similar System
4.Design Of Automated System

Actually if you refer to dictionary, then interesting things will emerge. Aerospace is the industry of aeronautics. All three are one and the same. India has vast potential to grow in this sector.
