If you complete MBBS from AFMC, you will definitely get a government job of Salary more than 1 Lakh per month. No you can't do it because in CA you must having commerce background that means 11th and 12th are in commerce.

Eligibility for M.Sc. In Food Technology Graduation completed from a recognized university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Graduation needs to have been completed in any Chemistry. Biochemistry. Botany. Zoology. Microbiology. You can opt for various Bachelor of Design courses conducted by IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati and IIT Hyderabad through Undergraduate common entrance exam for design (UCEED). Bachelor of Science (Research) from IISc Bangalore through JEE Advanced. And can also be eligible for National Defense Academy (NDA) exam for Air Force and Naval wings. If interested in Management course than integrated MBA course of IIM Indore is another option through IPMAT or change your stream to arts courses.
