I will prefer you to opt for the EC branch as there you will find more interesting things than the CS branch, as the scope of EC is growing rapidly and you after the completion of your graduation you can easily find a decent job in this field.

Aeronautical Engineering is a niche branch and following are employers of Aeronautical Engineers in India: (a) Indian Air Force (b) DRDO (c) ISRO (d) Airlines as aircraft maintenance engineers (e) Universities (f) Aircraft manufacturing companies and its ancillaries etc. Indian Air Force and DRDO has lots of opening for Aeronautical Engineers. There are also lot of opportunities available abroad for Aeronautical Engineers.
