Yes, students enrolled in the BTech courses offered by Amrita School of Engineering Chennai are offered scholarships to avail. The amount of scholarships to be offered depends on the student's performance in the AEEE or JEE Main. The university offers up to 75% scholarships. These scholarships are available for students enrolled in any of the BTech courses.

The duration of online BTech courses depends on the respective course provider. Some of the popular online BTech courses are 2 years long and can be completed easily within a short period of time along with other commitments due to its flexible schedule. For example, the Professional Graduate Programme in Mechanical Engineering offered by IIMT Ahmedabad. Some other online BTech programs are 4 years long only just like regular offline BTech courses, such as BTech in Engineering Technology offered by Work Integrated Learning Programmes.

As per the Amrita School of Engineering Chennai BTech placements data for 2022, the the highest package offered during the placements stood at INR 56.95 LPA. Other than this, the average package offered to students stood at INR 9.2 LPA. Moreover, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Wipro, Accenture, IBM, and Amazon were some of the recruiters who participated during recent placements.
