Hi Ranajeet, Government Engineering Colleges typically do not admit students solely based on 12th marks for B.Tech courses. Most government engineering colleges, including those offering B.Tech in Computer Science, require students to appear for an entrance exam like JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination) or state-level exams. In some cases, colleges may offer admission based on JEE Main rank or other state-level entrance exam scores. The 12th marks are generally considered for eligibility, but not as the sole criterion for admission. Please check the specific eligibility and admission details for the college you are interested in by visi

MBA is a professional postgraduate degree focused on business administration. For leadership roles in business, MBA would be a better choice. If your end goal is money, MBA from a good institute is a better option than doing an M.Tech. in technical fields (core fields). If you want to do a PhD and then contribute to the education industry, I would suggest you do an M.Tech.The upside of doing an M.Tech. from IITs in computer Science would give you fairly high rewards, which might even be better than getting an MBA.

With the rank of 14519 in WBJEE, you can get admission in a good engineering college but you can only get less popular branches. You have chance in colleges like Heritage Institute of Technology, Techno India, or Adamas University, but likely only in branches like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Power Engineering.
