The duration of BME courses generally depends on the course level. The courses in Biomedical Engineering are available at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate levels. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech programmes of Amrita School of Engineering Coimbatore must meet the course-specific eligibility requirements. As per official sources, to be eligible for the course, students must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry and with not less than 55% in each of these three subjects, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
