Yes, the Amity School of Engineering and Technology MBA admission criteria is slightly different for sponsored students than for non-sponsored students. For non-sponsored students, the eligibility requirements are set at 60% aggregate in the relevant bachelor's degree.However, candidates seeking admission via the sponsored quota get a 5% relaxation in the eligibility criteria. Apart from this, the fee also differs based on the category of seat. Sponsored students are required to pay a higher fee than non-sponsored students.

Of course, you can get admission to Bihar Agricultural University Patna for M.Tech in the absence of the ICAR AIEEA because BASU has its own entrance examination for M.Tech Programme. These programs are offered to candidates who took the entrance examination conducted by the university for B.Tech/B.E. holders in the appropriate stream. Although, few particular courses in BASU may consider GATE scores for admission but, ICAR AIEEA is not mandatory for admission to M.Tech programs.
