The number of seats hasn't yet been disclosed on the official website. Admission to the university in VIT Bhopal is to appear for VIT Engineering Entrance Examination and the seats are allocated at the time of counseling only. If you want to know exactly about the number of seats, then you need to directly contact the administrative office.
