Hi!  Yes, you are allowed to register and appear for JEE Main Attempt 2, even if you missed registering for Attempt 1. The two attempts are independent, and there is no requirement to have appeared for the first one to be eligible for the second.  Good luck with your preparation, and give it your best shot in the exam! The conditions for applying to the Master of Science in Computer Science at S K Somaiya College are a BSc in Computer Science, IT, or Software, BCA, or any similar field with aggregate marks from 50% and above, and also have an equivalent degree recognised by the university.

The course duration of Production Engineering courses varies on the basis of the course level. For UG-level Production Engineering courses, the duration in India is 4 years in general. Further, for PG-level courses, the duration is 2 years.
