Last year, admission was done on the basis of cut-off list for Eng Hons. Entrance exam is conducted only for BMS, BBE, and BBA.

Dear Avik,
In order to study MBA from B-School, you need to clear entrance exam, score good marks in class 12th and graduation. That's it. Your maths will matter least since you are from English (Hons) background. So, go ahead. Hope this helps.

You need to appear in an entrance exam that is AUCET through which you can get admission in MA.And You should have passed B.Sc. or B.com or B.A. any other graduation courses. Then only, you will be eligible for the admission.

Please check for your eligibility from the criteria mentioned below. XII Academic Eligibility (Minimum percentage):
1) 50% marks for General category, 45% marks for Gen-PH and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC or SC/ST/OBC-PH category students obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together in qualifying examinations.
2) Students must pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (including practical test) or any other elective subject with English. Regards.
