A student registered for the BA Hons. Programme at EFLU in English gets an opportunity to learn a foreign language and students registered for any foreign language also get a chance to hone their English language. EFL University advertises for admission to all its programmes (regular) between December to February every year in all national dailies and on the University website. The undergraduate programmes follow a Choice Based Credit System, which provides some flexibility in the choice of courses. It also exposes students to various disciplines like literature, linguistics, English Language Education and foreign languages.

Hi,
How many exams you need to prepare completely depends on the type, of course, you are applying to. For all undergraduate courses in US and some in Canada, you need to prepare for the SAT. For MBA courses GMAT scores are a requirement; similarly, for MS courses GRE scores are relevant. Along with all these exams, you have to take either IELTS or TOEFL.

It is difficult to secure a seat in Jamia Millia Islamia across all streams and courses. However, it is not a bad decision. The only way is to focus how to excel in the entrance examination. Remember even its 100 to 200 students applying for a single seat this year, you still have a good shot ATIT. Why? Its because what you will need to score well is a good grasp in basic English (including basic literary terms), good comprehension skills, strong command on spellings and grammatical tools etc. Also, your textbook content should be on your fingertips, as directly or indirectly they may aid.

Hello Bishakha,
The syllabus for entrance exam of MA is the same as that for graduation in that subject. Do for not worry. If you have studied well for graduation, you can pass this entrance without much effort. Else you can join some coaching class nearby.
Best wishes
