The Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) offers admission to the M.A. in English course on the basis of the CUET PG exam score.
Instead of having a separate cutoff score, HNBGU publishes a merit list of those who have been selected for admission. You have to appear in the CUET PG with an English language subject to be eligible for admission.
You can check the merit list of shortlisted candidate for MA English at this page: https://www.shiksha.com/university/hemvati-nandan-bahuguna-garhwal-university-uttarakhand-other-49879/cutoff
