Yes, you can apply for hospital management it's good that you have a Bachelor degree in English but it doesn't matter that what you have in your 11th or 12th background you just have to be good at English which is the most mandatory language for the hospital management and you should have 45% in your Bachelors degree so that you can easily get admission in any college of your choice.

Yes you can do, you have to satisfy eligibility criteria of the University where you will apply for admission.
