Hi,
Admission Process
Admission is given purely on merit basis and subjects to Gauhati University (GU) rules and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
The minimum eligibility for admission into PG courses at Pandu College is a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

Hi,Lady Brabourne College has increased the eligibility criteria in English (Hons) from 85% last year to 92%. The aggregate cut-off in board exams has also been increased from 75% last year to 85% this year. The college has also raised the eligibility criteria for other subjects, like history and economics.

This year, Lady Brabourne College has increased the eligibility criteria in English (Hons) from 85% last year to 92%. The aggregate cut-off in board exams has also been increased from 75% last year to 85% this year. The college has also raised the eligibility criteria for other subjects, like history and economics.

Hi,
For BA English the candidates must have obtained 80 percent marks in Arts OR 85 percent marks in Science/Commerce and 75 percent marks in English. The cut-off is the aggregate of the percentage scored in the last exam plus the marks obtained in the entrance test. The first cut off varies from 170 to 180 or more.

There is no separate fees for B.A. English Honours, there is one fee structure for all B.A. courses. The admission and session fees is around Rs. 8000; Monthly tuition and college fees for Bachelor of Arts in morning shift is Rs. 500 and Bachelor of Arts in day is Rs .800. The fees is paid through SBI green channel or internet banking.
