There are many universities like LPU which have moved forward to see that the student's academics is not disturbed in any way. The last qualified score is taken into consideration and provisional admission is given. You can then show your clear result just before the start of the classes. In my opinion I think that after B.Ed if you pursue your Masters, it would be better because then after Masters
even with your teaching you can start your Ph.D. In this way you can make a good career for life time. Moreover while teaching if you pursue you will be able to get a good slab of scholarship for you Ph.D. too. I would suggest that you first do your M.A. From a good college like LPU, Lady Sri ram College etc. Which would be good for your Masters as well as your Ph.D. All the Best !

Now aday typing institutions are eliminated instead of these computer institutions are established so you may join in anywhere india, mean while you just practice typing regularly you get speed more than 35WPM right.

What is 130, is it entrance rank or marks obtained in the entrance and take a seat in OU Telangana state by counseling or you just take English in PSG college of Arts and science if the course is there okay.
