Firstly to join an organisation in their Research and Development Department you must do your graduation and then your post graduation and if possible also doctoral thesis that is Ph.D. If you want to go into teaching line you will have to do your engineering graduation or post graduation if you want to teach in a college. To become a social entrepreneur, you need to understand the Biz and the nuances in which go in making a venture profitable or if it's a not-for-profit then sustainable.
