go for management.BBA +MBA mostly all subjects are therotical except accounts .so it will easy for you.even u can go for company secretary but it's has become little tougher now .

Considering your interest factor, My recommendation is you should prepare for CAT/XAT/SNAP for admissions in MBA and talking about specialization you can choose for MBA -Entrepreneurship or MBA international business.Both of these having good scope ahead.
Talking about CA - Tell me about what sort of tips you need for CA.

If you want to start your entrepreneurship in the engineering field,Electronics ,Electrical, Mechanical,etc. helps a lot.These fields will help you to begin your proprietorship.

it all depends upon your choice.marketing and ad. have a greater horizon wrt job point of view whereas business env. and ent. will help you a lot more with general awareness.marketing and ad. is indeed a lot more fun to go through :-)
