Hi, Environmental engineers invent the ways to protect the environment from harmful waste, bacteria, chemicals etc. Examples of environmental engineering work incorporate building dams, municipal water supply, systems for recycling and reusing waste, wastewater treatment facilities, plants to desalinate ocean water for irrigation of crops, refineries that reduce air pollutants, etc. To become an effective environmental engineer, he must possess problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, reading, writing, knowledge about nature, etc.I hope the above answer helps to resolve your query !

To become an environmental engineer, you, usually, have to complete a degree in engineering with a major in environmental engineering. To get into these courses, you need to gain your Senior Secondary Certificate of Education. Prerequisite subjects, or assumed knowledge, in one or more of English, mathematics, chemistry and physics are normally required. Universities have different prerequisites and some have flexible entry requirements or offer external study. Contact the institutions you are interested in to get more information.
